Sorry, I’ve had time out. I’m quite sure you have enjoyed the articles on this blog. I want to speak to the SINGLE ladies. You are beautiful, unique and precious. Please understand that God has a purpose for you life. He spent time creating you for that special purpose. Always remember that God values you.

I have counseled quite a number of ladies and I have discovered that some ladies have low self esteem for no just cause. Always remember that you have something special about you.

As a Single, What do I do in the Meantime? Part 4

Don’t allow negative words from the past to haunt your soul. Your parents, your siblings, your friends, your enemies, even yourself may have ignorantly sown negative words into your life. It is your responsibility to negate such words in the name of Jesus Christ and with the blood of Jesus.

You are too precious to be lamenting over the past. Look positively towards the future. We serve the Living God who is able to perfect all things and channel us into our destiny.

There are 7 things I want to tell the ladies.

  1. The first is – BE VERY FAIR TO LOOK UPON.  Being very fair to look upon speaks of having a good countenance,  for example wearing a good expression on your face. That is not frowning.  I recall  a young lady who permanently wore a frown as though all was not well. I had to make her aware of that. Being fair to look upon speaks of having a pleasant disposition.  It means having a good quality of mind and character. Timothy 1v7 tells us to have soundness of mind which is self control. The ability to control ones behaviour.  Being very fair to look upon speaks of being loving and kind hearted. This involves having a nice attitude and creating beauty and attractiveness in yourself. Be neatly dressed, be organised. In short be well packaged.
  2. The second thing is to be a virgin. Being a virgin speaks of virtue. What is virtue? It is having a behaviour that shows high moral standards – not being loose with the guys. It speaks of decency and inner virtue. It speaks of character. God is not opposed to outward beauty but inner beauty is more important.  Therefore,  don’t be like a mannequin. You, may be thinking – But I’ve already lost my virginity.  Yes, you may have but you are to continue your life as a virgin until you marry because you have been given another chance. Trust God and you will marry the right person. Next time I will  point out the third and fourth things. Remember the following

Passages:
Proverbs 31 v 30 says:  Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

Psalm 144 v 12 says: That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace.

Proverbs 4 v 23 says: Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
